Though participation in\u00a0E-Verify<\/span>\u00a0is required of some employers, most employers participate voluntarily.<\/p>\n An employer that participates in\u00a0E-Verify<\/span>\u00a0must post the Notice of\u00a0E-Verify<\/span>\u00a0Participation poster provided by DHS and the Right to Work poster issued by Department of Justice, Immigrant and Employee Rights Section, shown below in English and Spanish, at the company\u2019s hiring location.
