Georgia Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (HRRP)
Assistance is available for individuals and families still recovering from Hurricane Idalia, Tropical Storm Debby, and Hurricane Helene through the Georgia Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (HRRP).
If your home was impacted by one of these storms, you may be eligible for assistance with your recovery.

Atkinson • Bacon • Ben Hill • Berrien • Brooks • Clinch • Coffee • Cook • Lanier • Lowndes • Pierce • Tift • Ware
What to Expect:
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs’ HRRP Journey provides homeowners with a step-by-step look at the rehabilitation and reconstruction process and what to expect as they move through the program.
Review the HRRP Journey to learn more about the application, eligibility review, property assessment, and recovery process.
Homeowners who may qualify are encouraged to review the program information and begin the process as soon as possible.
